Movement on the “Manning the Betrayer” front. Today the U.S. Army has recommended that PFC Bradley Manning should face a general court martial based on his a pre-trial hearing results. I’m sure that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange could care less. If found guilty the second crime will be if he doesn’t get the max:

Article 104—Aiding the enemy
“Any person who—
(1) aids, or attempts to aid, the enemy with arms, ammunition, supplies, money, or other things; or
(2) without proper authority, knowingly harbors or protects or gives intelligence to or communicates or corresponds with or holds any intercourse with the enemy, either directly or indirectly; shall suffer death or such other punishment as a court-martial or military commission may direct.”
I say we sell raffle tickets to anyone who served in Iraq or Afghanistan. One dollar each for the chance to be randomly drawn to be on this turn-coats firing squad. The DoD could make MILLIONS! I’ll buy the first twenty bucks worth……
